Simply put, using technology and innovation, we aim to eliminate the waste of time that happens in bars, cafee’s, restaurants, etc. Usually, you have to wait for the waiter to make an order, then wait for delivery, then ask for the bill, or glass of water, then wait, etc. All of these issues can be eliminated with 2 clicks, by simply printing QR codes conveniently placed in your admin panel of Menuino, and placing them on your tables. By dropping the old-fashioned paper menus, and using Menuino, you transform your tables into smart tables! We have the technology, we just have to use it. Finally the purpose is: Less waiting and more satisfaction for you and your customers, and greatly increased efficiency of your business.
Do we need an application to work with Menuino?
Our goal is to create Menuino as simple as it can be, so it’s easy to use and it doesn’t require application to use it. However, in future, if there is a need for an application, we might consider it.
I have existing order management system; do I need to replace that?
No, Menuino works nicely alongside existing system. It simply allows your customers to instantly connect to the waiter by scanning the QR code on the table and make an order or send a message to the waiter.
Does it work with QR codes only?
QR codes are the most popular and easy to setup and print. However, Menuino can work with NFC tags as well. Those are less common, but when used, it allows the customer to simply place the phone on the table and pop up your menu on his phone, achieving much cooler effect.
What is the size of QR code?
In our default printing template, we have 9 labels in one A4 page. One label printed with that template would be around 5cm x 8cm (2in x 3in). The QR code is on the middle and its 3.5cm x 3.5cm (1.4in x 1.4in). For good scan results we recommend the size no less than 2.5cm (1in).
How safe are my payments?
We are using Stripe payment gateway processor and all sensitive data goes directly to it through secure channel (https). If your bank card supports 3-D secure, that is additional security layer where it requires your verification, it will be automatically added. These are industry standards for online payments and are used by most of online businesses (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Booking, Expedia).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time you can cancel your subscription. Keep in mind, that we are not charging you anything up-front, so you might have unpaid invoice for the current month up until the point where you cancel. We charge only for the services that you have used, and there are no binding contracts, or any hidden fees.
Why I cannot create more than 200 tables?
We have a limit to prevent unintentional charges, nevertheless, if you need more than that, please contact us.
